These terms govern your use of Squp.tv. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Squp.tv is operated by PK Holdings LLC ("Squp," "we," "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and PK Holdings LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create a Squp account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of anything you post to Squp — comments, ratings, and the things you write about shows, movies, podcasts, and books. By posting content, you grant Squp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the service.
You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
When using Squp, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post spam, or content that's illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the service
- Scrape or bulk-collect data from the site without our permission

6. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Content Guidelines, at our discretion, with or without notice.
7. Third-party data
Squp uses The Movie Database (TMDB) API to help you find and post about TV shows and movies. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
8. Termination
You may stop using Squp and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
9. Disclaimers
Squp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PK Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Squp.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know before they take effect.
